- Remote login support & Telephone support: We offer remote connectivity and troubleshooting; we have access to Tech in Box laptops that can be shipped to site for troubleshooting and repairing the system with out having a tech onsite.
- Lighting Control System Retrofits and upgrades: We offer a variety of lighting control system retrofits and upgrades that can meets every budget.
- Lighting Control system designs: Our hands on experience, allows us to expand on the designs of a complete lighting control system.
- Control board repairs of hard-to-find lighting control systems: Need to repair the existing lighting control system installed – please contact and send us photos of the system. We offer high quality repairs and testing.
- Service Contracts: We offer service contracts and preventative maintenance agreements for large projects where the lighting control system needs extra care.
